High Priestess Millicent Tull

The High Priestess and leader of the Theocracy of Wolfront. Worships Phesyn, and values knowledge and faithfulness. Millicent is a stern, severe-looking woman who prefers to keep Wolfront removed from warfare and international conflict. Only when a threat directly affects Wolfront will she offer her country's aid -- and the severity of such a threat must be extreme in scale or scope. She is overconfident in Wolfront's safety from evil due to the high concentration of paladins and clerics within its borders.
In the Coven of Eight, Millicent is hesitant to lend Wolfront's forces to any cause, but will lend her own divine power to Coven activities if persuaded.
