Headmaster Toril

Headmaster Toril is the long-standing headmaster of the Conservatory of Natural Magic, and one of the members of the High Council of Fanatheas. He is an old wood-elf druid-wizard (natural magic), 724 years old. He is completely bald, his pointed ears sag with age, and he has a short white beard upon his chin. Toril wears fine green robes adorned with golden filigree and elvish scrolling.
Toril's primary focus is the smooth operation of the Conservatory. Above all, he strives to maintain the respected reputation of the institution for training the finest druids anywhere in Sorrend. Toril has written a great number of books on the history of Fanatheas (and to a lesser extent the history of Sorrend at large), as well as several encyclopedias on the various creatures that inhabit the continent. These tomes are kept within the Grand Library, though many first editions can be found upon the bookshelves inside his office at the apex of the Conservatory.
Toril knew that the Blight had been created and spread from the Locus within the Mooncrest Forest, and once he spoke to Brenwyn Petalborn about this she had him taken prisoner within the Locus and replaced with a Doppelganger. Toril's cell lies deep underground within the bowels of the Locus, where he is attached to an arcane device that extracts any and all knowledge about the Silent Hand and the Locus itself.
