Bannos

Geography

To the east of Tebgi, across the Sea of Seclusion lies the continent of Bannos or Balbekan by the Yannem. Bannos is a place of generally a place of cold with only the southern portions being of temperate nature. Tall, snow capped mountains, thick taigas, and open sprawling fields permeate the continent.

Inhabitants

Contrary to their close proximity to the continent of Tebgi, the inhabitants couldn't be anymore alien from their neighbors to the west. It is theorized that this has much to do with heavy Tojek influence early in their history. Their are records of the Tojek even taking good portions of land in the south east of the continent. This is further corroborated by physical evidence left behind such as The Tower of the Sun. This occupation of land by the Tojek is thought to have contributed to the fear and xenophobia towards foreigners that Balbekan's inhabitants are known for. If one would ever find themselves washed up on the shores of Balbekan, they had better hope that the only thing done to them would be a simple banishment to their homeland.
