The Hand is shrouded in mystery and is often thought of as a myth. The Hand seems to involve themselves in many inner-workings of politics, economy, and religion of Soldaana to serve their own purposes.

The Hand seems to have copious amounts of resources at their disposal which allow them to engage in their desired schemes and ambitions.
