Mayor Morriden
Mayor Morriden Danatheon, of House Danatheon, served as ruler of Mistvale as a vassal of Riverdell and House Jessel. In this position, Mayor Morriden made a tight grip on trade and travel past Mistvale along the river - imposing high taxes, tariffs, and restrictions on ability to trade within the town. In exchange for his servitude and strict policies House Jessel overlooked the Mayor's unusual and unsavory tendencies.
Mayor Morriden had a fascination with trying new cuisine and game - including those of mortal races. He was always interested in tasting the flesh of something, or someone, he had not had the opportunity to eat before. Thus, often he would detain individuals traveling who were of a rare race or breed of animal so that he could consume their flesh in a variety of dishes.
Luckily the Mayor's grip on the local river economy and his detestable desires were put to an end by The Party after the union in Mistvale.
