Martian Provincial Representation Board

The Martian Provincial Representation Board was established by the Lunaren government after the First Martian Revolution. While Mars technically lost the war the Lunarens agreed to listen to their greviences about self governance and parliment representation. The result was a governing body composed of half Lunaren and half Martian politicians as well as a Board Diplomat that would act as a representative in Lunaren parliment.
