Meckesh

An ancient nation that once held the city of Telto as it's capitol. What information can be found about it points to it once controlling a great deal of the continent of Hinaestrum, if not the continent in it's entirety, during the Age of the Deep. However, some cataclysmic event lead to their reduction in power  and eventual collapse. Now the only trace of their civilization is the city of Telto, and the defenses that were still majorly active until the Order of Kanderous the Wise took the city.
