Cyrodiilic Empire
Culture
The Empire strived to maintain it's ancient Human culture from BGC. Little was exactly known however, only stories and legends, told to the original tribe of humans in paxia. It is generally very competitive, placing honor and family above all else. Most crimes were paid for, and forgiven, by having battles, typically leading to death.
Public Agenda
The Empire wanted to preserve human culture, and retake its authority over the world. Slowly absorbing lesser tribes who were trying to rebuild from the collapse, only to remove their culture and replace it with their own.
History
The Cyrodiilic Empire truly begins just a little bit before the great cataclysm. Humans in the ancient days mostly dominated The Overworld. They were a traditional type, very faithful to Survivalism, Religion of Change, and The Great Spirits. A large Human kingdom prophesied the cataclysm, those who believed quickly saught protection in Paxia. A couple hundred Humans, just a handful compared to what they were, stayed in paxia for generations, waiting out the collapse.
Stories were passed down the line, culture changed. Around 20 AGC, a human was born in Paxia, one who would change The World. His name was Cyro. He was an imaginitive type, having his head filled with stories of old, great human heroes, the kingdoms they had. "The world practically bowed to us" he thought. He was frusterated, claiming Humans should take back what is theirs instead of hiding in the forests.
As he grew up, he gathered a following. He took his people, and migrated out of Paxia, with a goal of rebuilding the kingdoms long ago. It was around 50 AGC when Bruma was discovered. And the rest is history. (aditional info located in the Bruma history section)
