Sainthold System

The Sainthold system is named in honour of Saint Rolk, a Ministorum missionary who was instrumental in dealing with the independent human empires that claimed ownership of the worlds within the system. It is said his oratory was inspired by that of Sebastian Thor and carried almost as much authority. Leading popular uprisings and revolts, the planetary rulers were either converted or laid to waste by Rolk, but at the cost of his life. He met his end on the world known as Rolk's Legacy where he was bested by a warp-imbued noble, but he had succeeded for the word of an uprising across the system caught the attention of nearby Imperial worlds and an Ecclesiarchy task force was deployed, picking up where Rolk had left off.
Now, the world is the target of a the Ork Waaagh! led by Warboss Redgob, with at least one planet fallen to the control of the greenskins
