- Ability Score Improvement. Your Strength and Dexterity scores become 18 if they aren’t higher.
- Burst Through Ice. You can move through ice unhindered if it is less than one foot thick. You do not break the ice when you move through it. You can extend the benefits of this feature to any creature you are grappling.
- Damage Immunity. You are immune to cold damage.
- Icy Breath. As an action, you can exhale freezing air in a 15-foot cone. All creatures in that area must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier). A creature that fails the saving throw takes 3d6 cold damage and is slowed. While slowed, the creature’s speed is halved, it takes a -2 penalty to AC and Dexterity saving throws, and it can’t use reactions. On its turn, it can use either an action or a bonus action, not both. Regardless of a creature’s abilities or magic items, it can’t make more than one melee or ranged attack during its turn. A slowed creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. A creature that succeeds on the saving throw takes half as much damage and isn’t slowed.
The damage increases to 4d6 at 6th level, 5d6 at 11th level, and 6d6 at 16th level. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
