- Ability Score Improvement. Your Strength and Constitution scores become 18 if they aren’t higher.
- Bloodlust. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, the creature takes an extra 1d8 damage if it’s below its hit point maximum. You can use this feature only once per turn.
- Regrow. You can cast the regenerate spell on yourself if you have fewer hit points than half your hit point maximum, ignoring any material components. The spell ends early if you take fire or radiant damage.
Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you both feed and finish a long rest.
- Strong Grip. You have advantage on checks made to grapple a creature. Additionally, a creature provokes opportunity attacks from you if it uses its action to escape a grapple from you.
