Groc
God of Earth and Travel
Groc the unyielding. Dragon god of the earth, and travel. Groc's love for sleeping in the sand and dirt led to massive rock formations slowly building up on his back, covering his wings, and becoming part of the massive creature's body.
Physical Description
Body Features
Groc is significantly different than his other dragon counterparts in that he enjoys walking, and laying around so much that over the ages he has had rock and dirt form a huge shell over the majority of his body. He has had this shell for so long that it has actually become a part of him. Encasing him much like a tortoise with literal mountains upon his back. This also means he has permanently lost the use, and possibly even the entire existence of his wings.

Personal history
Groc is unique not only in body, but also in origin. Groc is the only dragon god that did not come from the lineage of the two titans Tiamat and Valunthaal. It is actually entirely unknown what Groc's origins are, even to the eldest of the gods. His followers believe he was chosen by the very earth he loved to lay upon, and that his godhood comes from the remains of Valunthaal embedded in the depths of the stone and dirt of the world.
Groc currently lies slumbering, recovering from terrible wounds inflicted upon him in a battle against Tempestus' avatar. It is unknown when or if he will be able to fully recover, but his presence is still felt by many despite his slumbering state.

Contacts & Relations
Groc typically only ever has one paladin. Due to his slumbering state, and his wounds he uses the majority of his power to recover. He does however try to always maintain one paladin as he uses them to keep him up to date on the goings of the world for when he returns.
Speech
Groc's speech is slow but steady. He tends to get on a tangent, and ramble at times. He rarely raises or lowers his tone.
