Mother of Raeshan and Tempestus. Embra is the ancient embodiment of strength, and the symbol of rage and destruction. Embra was the personality that took control of Tiamat at the height of her power, thus some believe she is the core personality of the fabled dragon Titan. Embra takes domain over those who seek strength and power. Her name is often invoked during acts of evil and savagery. Worship of Embra primarily comes in the form of sacrifice, whether it is the drawing of a warrior's blood before a fight, or the slaughter and burning of a creature or person

Physical Description

Body Features

Embra is the largest of the ancient dragon gods nearly doubling the size of Luma, the next largest of the gods. Embra is the perfect image of strength, her frame large and powerful, her wings broad and muscular, her horns thick and her scales dense. It is even believed that the red mountains in the southern part of Driktsuung known as Embra's rage, are actually just a thin layer of earth covering her where she slumbers.

Identifying Characteristics

Embra has a gruesome set of scars that appear around the base of her neck. These scars have since been covered by black scales, and are believed to be the remnants of the multiple heads of Tiamat.

Embra is the embodiment of pain, destruction, rage, strength, and brutality. To her there is only power and the overwhelming use of it to secure more.

Embra does not typically select an avatar, and history tells that the three times she has, a great empire was toppled, and civilization as a whole was shaken to near collapse. Instead Embra tends to grant her follower power in the form of many auxiliaries. These auxiliaries are granted varying degrees of power depending on how many other paladins they have defeated. An auxillary must slay 100 others of the Embra faith, or a chosen of another god to be promoted to chosen themselves. Each chosen of Embra holds a specific rank based on their conquests in her name. Embra's top chosen are unsurprisingly, some of the deadliest beings alive.

Speech

Embra speaks loudly, just below a shout with aggressive biting words. Even when speaking to her subjects telepathically she has driven them mad with the sheer intensity of her speech. This is so firmly believed that volcanic eruptions are often referred to as the whisperings of Embra.
