Vallotha

Vallotha is a country on the continent of Pharein, bordering the Marches of Melis and Elador. Its dominant society is wood elves, humans and half-elves. To keep harmony between elf and human communities, the ruler is always a half-elf, though particular lineages and houses may come in and out of favor. Its capital is Valdor.
