Public Agenda

One of their traditional, and primary, duties is to decide on the interpretations of the Classics. This duty laid the foundation for the Imperial Examinations. Over time, their duties have evolved and expanded to include various mystical workings, astrology and astronomy, accounting, problem-solving, and many other duties for the Imperial Court.
