Thunderstone

This alchemically created object creates a deafening burst of noise when it strikes a hard surface or is struck. If thrown, it has a range of 20/60. Any creature within a 10-foot radius of the thunderstone’s noise must succeed at a DC 12 Constitution save or be deafened for one hour. Creatures with resistance to thunder damage have advantage on this save; creatures with immunity to thunder damage are immune.
