Tanglefoot bag

This leather bag is filled with an alchemically created paste that quickly hardens when exposed to air. If thrown, it has a range of 20/60. Any creature struck by a tanglefoot bag must succeed at a DC 12 Dexterity save or become restrained by the hardened paste. If the target is flying using wings (as opposed to magical levitation), they begin falling. The paste dries and cracks apart after 2d4 full rounds. The hardened paste can be broken early by succeeding at a DC 15 Strength check or by dealing 10 slashing damage to the paste (attacks on the paste from the targeted creature and adjacent creatures automatically hit).
