Stone mask
This alchemical device appears to be a pliable grey sheet the size of a handkerchief, but about four times as thick. When it is applied to a humanoid’s face, it can be used like a disguise kit (no proficiency needed) to give the wearer a different humanoid’s appearance (the mask’s color even changes for this purpose). The sculpting of the mask must be finished within three rounds of when it is applied to the wearer’s face; otherwise it hardens and the disguise is incomplete. The mask lasts for an hour before it begins to flake off. Stone masks are rarely found in shops and are assumed to be the creation of an unknown alchemist who hasn’t yet found a suitable venue for making and selling them in larger quantities.
