Powder bomb
This gunpowder explosive can be thrown up to 60 feet and has a blastradius of 5 feet. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or take 10 (3d6) fire damage. Lighting the fuse is an action or a bonus action (character's choice). Throwing, rolling, or anything other than dropping it in your own space is an action. The powder bomb explodes on impact or at the end of the character's turn (character's choice).
