Halflings

In ancient times, Halflings thrived in harmony with nature, subtly existing in plain sight, unbeknownst to most other races. However, the devastation of their homeland forced them to migrate to human kingdoms. Today, they quietly integrate into human societies, living amongst them or forming several small, close-knit communities.
