The mysterious witch that has made a deal with Lynx. Not affiliated with the S.L.E., she appears when she pleases. Her motives are unknown but appears to be working for the mysterious Alliaster Gallagher.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Luicine is a petite woman with long black hair and stained red eyes.
Identifying Characteristics
The most identifying feature are her stained eyes, now a magenta-red. When one uses magic too much, there is usually evidence such as the irises or sclera being stained with an unnatural color.
Physical quirks
She has a relatively sickly demeanor and complains about her health often.
Special abilities
The extent of her magical abilities is unknown, but appears to have some kind of control of shadows and darkness.
Apparel & Accessories
She is mostly seen wearing dresses in the 1890s style, with large sleeves and bustle skirts. She is mostly known for wearing whites, greys, and light purples.

Personal history
As of the current session of VtM, not much is known about the witch Luicine. Sister of Vilkas Dagon (the apprentice of the Archmage) Leviathan Louvett (Commander in Apricity) she is the youngest of four siblings with the oldest being unknown to the public. They all use different last names to derail others from figuring out who their parents are, who are apparently incredible dangerous figures within Azoth, but it is known that they all originate from Syndarven. Most of her childhood isn't wellknown, but she did attend the Tsaritsa's Academy for Star-Bound Witches. She was expelled due to a match that was supposedly rigged. She is good friends with Mildred, visiting her whenever, and was married recently to a shadowy gentleman.
Education
She is an incredibly talented mage, supposedly taught personally by her father. While her abilities were questioned due to a man teaching her but was accepted into the Tsaritsa's Academy for Star-Bound Witches. She was expelled two years in, due to a match that was supposedly rigged.

Little is known about her job, but she works for Alliaster Gallagher who is in charge of Il Circo Della Luce.
