Having been around for a very long time, Mahzun works with the SLE as a Magic specialist for the Archive. While he lacks the ability to use magic, his knowledge of the subject from centuries of exposure to it makes him a valuable asset to the team.
At least, when he isn't getting himself in trouble by flirting or fighting with his coworkers.

General Physical Condition
He is tall and fairly toned in muscle, though he's more built for looks rather than strength.

He has very pale skin, as to be expected for a kindred.
Facial Features
His cheekbones are raised and he has a strong jaw. His eyes are almost yellow in color and some have described them as glowing in the right light. His hair is wavy and light blond, going just past his ears.
Apparel & Accessories
As a Kindred, his wardrobe is typically in darker colors so as to easily conceal any bloodstains from feedings. His clothing is based on Victorian era garments though he prefers to dress more casually while working.
Specialized Equipment
As a Ventrue, he can only consume blood from a person of his preference (any person born with blond hair). Consuming any other type of blood will cause him to vomit.

As an extroverted person, Mahzun loves parties, gatherings and social events of all sorts. In the right circumstances it allows him to find prey or at the very least make some new friends.
He detests boredom and will do everything he can to avoid it.

He has a twin sister who is also Kindred, but he has seen very little of her since he began working with the SLE.
He was born out of wedlock and never knew his birth father, and his mother died of illness when he was a child. It is implied that while his father was possibly a man of wealth, his mother was a commoner.
His sire was a woman named Roxanna, whom he met when working as a scribe for a local lord.
