The Kingdom utilizes a form of feudalism. There’s one high ruling emperor/king or empress/queen, who employs lords and vassals to govern city-states as an extension of themself. The ruling party has a group of advisors who are 'experts' in their field: Commerce, Agriculture, Diplomacy, Religion.
