The Nahastuta Sanctuary Consell Hall was destroyed and six of the seven consell members killed during an experiment where the Consell was trying to automate the sanctuary border by tying a giant Zelena Crystal into the ley line confluence.
When rebuilding, the Mage Guild decided that Nahastuta Sanctuary needed a Consell de Tretze instead of a Consell Des Sept. Also, this is when the Order Against of Magic Tapping was put into law.
