Duration: S Drain: F-3 Alter Temperature changes the ambient temperature in the selected area, either up or down by 5 degrees centigrade for every hit on the Spellcasting Test. The gamemaster may judge the effects of extreme temperatures, keeping in mind that appropriate clothing should mitigate some effects.
