Rashanna Emanuel

When Chicago has the skytrack, the "other side of the tracks" from Englewood is the Elevated City. Rashanna and Zipline are almost from two different worlds, but they sure seem to spend an awful lot of time together. They're not dating, though! Both of their cheeks redden at the just the hint of a question about it. But, she comes down to Englewood to go to dinner with Zipline, or go to to club with him - and he makes his way up to the Elevated city to see her, too. Friends do that, right? Well, it turns out, they're much more than friends - these days Rashanna is Zipline's fiance. 
And, Rashanna isn't just any orc, she is Chicago royalty, the great grand-daughter of Rahm Emanuel, whose family has remained powerful in politics both in the UCAS and in Chicago. Given the opportunity to flee with her family on Day One of Bug City, she invited Zipline to come with them. He chose to stay, and so did she. An Emanuel is going to help get Chicago back on its feet.

I sometimes joke that even paranoid people can have enemies.
