Ramiel

A presence in the net, and if rumors are to be believed, Ramiel is Otaku, one of the teenagers who is able to access the Matrix through some arcane means - without the use of a cyberdeck. Ramiel is seen most frequently in the Chicago LTG, so people assume that this is their home. Two things are certain, though. Ramiel has organized a small group of other suspected Otaku. And Ramiel can just about ignore current firewall technology.
Remiel's group of Otaku include Rikbiel who seems at home in the Elevated City, the street smart Ophaniel, and the clownish Kerubiel. Rikbiel and Ophaniel were smuggled out of the Containment Zone by the Almighty Saviors along with their mothers, though their fathers - an Accountant and a High School teacher - are now living in Englewood. Kerubiel and her family never lived within the Containment Zone, and thus "escaped" Bug City more or less by default. 
Remiel and his Otaku friends can all communicate over Trapdoor's Subnet.
