Humanis Policlub

Humanis is an anti-metahuman organization that is dedicated to limiting or removing rights from non-human metahumans. It's a well-organized and well-funded international policlub that is politically sophisticated and has 100s of chapters. The organization has a membership in the thousands and has millions of supporters.
Many megacorporations provide Humanis with financial support, and so do many Mafia capos, Yakuza bosses, and fixers. Religious leaders and celebrities give it public endorsements, and it has the political clout to get anti-metahuman legislation it wants passed. The policlub has many candidates in office in various countries, including the CAS and UCAS. In some parts of the CAS and UCAS, Humanis membership is considered to be a positive. The Japanese-occupied fascist anti-metahuman state of the California Protectorate controlled by General Saito and his marines was backed by Humanis (along with the Japanacorps).
Activities
They also have a limited anti-Awakened and anti-Amerind message, which usually gets drowned out in their anti-metahuman rhetoric. They are well known for wearing white robes with pointed hoods, similar to the garb of the Ku Klux Klan, sporting the Humanis logo: a round human ear (metahuman ears are more or less pointy). Their international headquarters is in Philadelphia.
There have been numerous allegations that the Humanis Policlub is in fact a public arm of terrorist groups such as Alamos 20,000 (probably true) and Human Nation (probably false). In response, the Humanis Policlub has "softened" its image as a pro-human group rather than a rabidly anti-metahuman hate group. Which now focuses on "Community service", as in sponsoring free clinics, schools, youth sports teams, and trid and net-cast channels. It extends its major influence through politics and lobbying, although it still makes headlines when engaging in anti-metahuman violence.
Often, Humanis makes appeals to "traditional conservative family values" and "pro-human legislation" and denounce metahumans as "mutations" or "sub-species". While there are other splinter policlubs with similar messages such as the Unity Coalition, the Humanis Policlub remains the loudest and strongest of them all, with chapterhouses all over the UCAS and CAS. It now funnels information, money, and resources to radical groups like Alamos 20,000 and acts as those groups' recruitment center.
Underworld
Within the prisons of the UCAS and the CAS, Humanis forms a prison gang. It also back various anti-metahuman street gangs such as the Troll Killers and Night Hunters. As mentioned before it also has ties to various factions within the Yakuza and Mafia. Humanis gangs are also active in the streets (e.g. in the AGS), whose sole reason for existing is the assaulting and terrorizing of metahumans (e.g. setting buildings on fire in their communities), and inciting anti-metahuman violence.
Members of Chicago Chapter
Mark Jackson, President of the Chicago Chapter. In an organization with largely concealed membership, Mark Jackson is an open leader of the Humanis Policlub. A successful boxer more than thirty years ago, he is a native son of Chicago, and has been, in his words, "protecting the people of Chicago from the monsters among us" since goblinization began.
Xing Liu, Owner of Club Z3r0 in the Elevated City, as well as several other businesses throughout Chicago. A financier of the local Humanis Policlub chapter, Club Z3r0 is a place that caters to the tastes of the wealthy. Non humans need not apply.
James Gray, Chicago Alderman. Alderman Grey is one of Mayor Standish’s staunchest supporters in City Hall, and votes with him on almost every issue. Last election they even held fundraisers together.
George Mathers, Director of Administration for Chicago Knight Errant. Mathers is suspected of being one of the people behind the 20K Killer and the Copycat, and was very likely responsible for them being active in Englewood.
Clifton "Hammerhead" Jones, Leader of the Troll Killers, a gang based in Chicago's Fuller Park district. While the Humanis Policlub never seems to be short of "weekend warriors" when they want a show a violence, the Troll Killers live their life on the streets, and survive in a city with many gangs who return their hate.
"Shinigami", Real name unknown. A Japanese hermetic wizard, and shadowrunner. A known human supremacist, Shinigami is known to provide magical security for Humanis activities in the Chicago region.
Raquel Vasquez, suspected member of Alamos 20K. A former employee of Aztechnology Security, Raquel has drifted around the world, and has been in proximity to a number of Alamos 20K terror activities. She was in Chicago for the New Valentines Day Massacre, and has not yet left the city.
Joe Mcafferty, WuXing Operations Manager. Joe may be the most dangerous person on the list of people under investigation for the New Valentines Day Massacre, and is suspected to be the ringleader. Responsible for much of the coordination of shadowruns for WuXing in the region.
James Chew, WuXing Cybernetics Engineer. Known to be involved in the development of high grade cybernetics, Dr. Chew is believed to have been involved in the fabrication of some of the parts of the drones used in the New Valentines Day Massacre.
Aleph Zohar, WuXing Aerospace. An expert in the field, Aleph is the top suspect for designing the heavy drones that carried out the New Valentines Day Massacre. Working out of an office and living in a condo in the elevated city, it was unlikely that he was involved in their construction.
Rafael Farrar, Ares Knight Errant Security. A veteran security team leader who has undergone extensive cybernetic modification. An experienced monster hunter, whose close combat skills and implanted weaponry allow him to perform well against manifest spirits as well. He is thought to have been responsible for the procurement of the weapons used on the drones in the New Valentines Day Massacre.
Mike Hogan, Ares Software Development. Has worked on a number of projects for the UCAS department of defense, he is the chief suspect for writing the software package that ran the drones for the New Valentines Day Massacre.
Doug Spahn, Ares Thaumaturgic Researcher. A wage mage, Spahn has been uncovered as a member of the Humanis Policlub by the New Valentines Day Massacre investigation, but his participation is seen as peripheral.
Suhailah Bayless, Ares Food Service, a former pilot, blinded in an accident with a metahuman. Suhailah underwent cybernetic surgery before the Massacre, and now has cybernetic eyes, and a vehicle control rig. She is suspected one of the riggers who was on overwatch for the New Valentines Day Massacre.
Morton Chalmers, Wolf Run Gun Club, no known ties to the Alamos 20K, but has made himself rich by preying on people's fears during the Golblinization of 2021, and continues to be a financier of the Humanis Policlub to this day.
