Doc Santa

A fence that operates out of a junkyard, Doc Santa pays a fair price for just about any item or data, no questions asked. If you're looking to buy, he's rumored to be able to have access to a trove of weapons and cyberware. It turns out he's a good source of software, too.
While it's not entirely accurate to say that he's the fence for the Almighty Saviors, his junkyard is across the street and down the block from the Blake. These two criminal enterprises do frequent business with one another, but people know that they also keep their noses out of each other's business.
