Ceallach O’Toole

Working on her degree in Thaumaturgy at the University of Chicago, Ceallach is very much aware of her position in her family - the only child of the Don of Chicago's mafia. She hasn't looked away from what her family does, and she knows that as both a woman and a mage, she will have problems ascending to take her father's position. That is, unless she's personally powerful enough. This has given her a drive to succeed, and her grasping for power and knowledge probably gets her into more trouble than her father is happy with. With the arrest of Jim O'Toole, Ceallach has rose to be the controller of Chicago mob. But her time in charge was short lived. Now, it's "Leo" McCaskill running things. But she still has some juice. One of her supporters is an associate of the mob's who runs a lot of smuggling for them in the Noose named Gordo Buck. Word is he's trying to help her get back on top. Gordo Buck
