Smuggler, Rigger, Pilot

Lancer is an airborne smuggler that has settled (for the moment) in Puyallup. Following the fall of Cal-Free, Lancer moved refugees to Seattle by piloting a small fleet of drone copters. Some of the more affluent refugees have been paying her to make stealth runs back to California to retrieve people and possessions left behind. But the money is slowly drying up and she is thinking of moving on to other ventures. While not officially a neo-anarchist, she does a lot of work for them and has a number of connections with them. The 20 something ork is never seen without her flight helmet which nicely obscures her world-weary expression and keeps her ready to go when things get hot.
