Lanner's Mark
Ilsa Lanner was a powerful wizard and an early adventurer in Har'Akir. She explored Pharoah's Rest, and managed to steal some of Ankhtepot's treasure. Ankhtepot tracked her to this spot and they engaged in a ferocious battle. Seeing that she could not escape alive, Lanner chose to destroy Ankhtepot by calling down a Meteor Swarm upon herself and her combatants. This left a permanent mark on the landscape. However, she did not reckon with the Dark Powers, who returned Ankhtepot to unlife.
