The Martian Regional Council of Delegates serves as a pivotal legislative body representing the diverse regions of the planet Mars. With a total of 208 distinct regions, each region is subdivided into three segments. Consequently, this arrangement allows for three delegates to be appointed to represent each region within the Council, resulting in a combined total of 624 Martian Delegates. These delegates are elected through a democratic process within their respective Tristate Areas and have the opportunity to serve for up to five terms, with each term spanning four Martian Years.

Similarly, the Phobian Representatives Assembly comprises delegates hailing from the sovereign state of the Martian moon Phobos, which orbits Mars. Phobos consists of 271 regions, each of which is allocated two delegates, resulting in a total of 542 Phobian delegates. However, the appointment process for Phobian Delegates differs from the electoral system of the Martian Regional Council. Instead, candidates undergo a rigorous selection process that involves demonstrating their capabilities through a registration exam. Successful applicants are then appointed as delegates. Phobian delegates can serve for up to three terms, with each term lasting two Martian Years.

On the other hand, the Chamber of Deimos Kingdom Representatives has a unique composition. It consists of heralds representing the last remaining Red Sand Kings of Mars, whose dominion has been confined to the Moon State of Deimos. With only seven kingdoms existing on Deimos, each ruling house of these kingdoms designates five heralds to represent their interests. As a result, the Chamber of Deimos Kingdom Representatives is composed of 35 heralds. These heralds are appointed directly by their respective ruling lord or lady and maintain their positions until they are either voluntarily replaced or removed from office.

For instance, the courts determine whether the crime took place on Mars, Phobos, or Deimos, as well as the individuals involved and the specific criminal act in question.
