These are the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, four cosmic beings who witnessed the 1st Argument and brokered the creation of the Seven Signs of the End under the Seven Sacred Seals, stripped of much of their great power until their Seal is broken, they are returned, and user in a new era for the 2nd Argument. The Horsemen are Agents of Change but lack the power to break or maintain the Seals themselves.
