Market Day
The town has been granted rights by its government to hold a market day twice monthly, at the full moon and the new. These trade holidays are well attended, and continue well after sundown.
At the market you find:
Two half elf brothers selling different flavors of tea. The younger brother sells a special hallucinogenic tea secretly on the side.
- Rancent Bougar, he has long straight, white hair, and gray eyes.
- Tharda Bougar, he has a bald head and green eyes.
- Barbarian Blend (5 gp): A strong, smokey, and unforgiving. Has the tiniest hint of sweet. (You are filled with rage. You can't concentrate on spells.
- Dwarvish Breakfast (2 gp): A dark smoky, and strong black tea. Smells strongly of ginger and anise. (There is a 50% change of growing a beard.)
- Blue Blossom: The steeped blossom buds open into a beautiful flower. (CURSED. Your tongue turns permantely blue)
- Goodberry Tea (10 gp): Tastes of vanilla, strawberry and raspberries. A light delicate fruit tea. (A sip gives 1 health point and there is enough for 10 sips.)
- Tiefling Teatime (5 gp): A spiced tea of sweet cinnamon, spicy ginger, and fragrant cardamon. (Gain resistance to fire damage for the next 4 hours.)
- Sylvan Grey: Rich and satisfying tea with a zesty and exhilarating fresh citrus aroma. (This steep allows you to Fey Step)
- Myconid Tea (75 gp), tastes like nothing, but is amazing. (after 45 minutes and lasts 12 hours: Incapacitated: The user is considered incapacitated for the duration. Disadvantage: The user has disadvantage on all ability checks and savings throughs for the duration. Hallucinations: The user suffers hallucinations caused by illusionary magic such as Hallucinatory Terrain, Major Image, Hypnotic Pattern, Etc. for the duration.)
- Tholinnas Echorn, she has black eyes, and soft sunburned green skin.
- Evermead (50 gp): This elven mead is always brewed exactly the same and in secret. Every cup of this golden shimmering liquid tastes exactly the same; it is the perfect mix of sweetness, spice, and smoke. Rumor states that the mead is aged for one hundred years before ready for drinking. It is also rumored that elves on every Plane of Existence brew evermead exactly the same. Intoxication DC 15.
- Special Vat (9 gp): This pale fortified red wine causes the lips and tongue to go slightly numb and tingly. It tastes like grapes, strawberries, and raspberries.
- Highdusk Dark (60 gp): This sweet spicy wine is almost black in color and has a very high alcohol content. Intoxication DC 12.
- Caydranth, has colorfrill, brown eyes, and shiny gold scales.
