Magic Stall

The third stall you see is also a simple wooden stall with a red fabric covering the wares.  In addition to the merchandise there is a there’s a mirror that reveals to you what you desire most sitting on the stall.
The shopkeeper is a female gnome with a narrow face and torn up clothes. You can sometimes notice that he talks to himself or to something invisible. However, once you are close enough he is eager to figure out your magic needs.
"But be careful magic seems unstable right now. I don't know much but the Magic University might have answers. Just let them know that Geddni sent you, and they will speak to you quickly."
