The mountains of the range are rich in several metals, including gold, copper, and iron. So plentiful are these metals that some say that the reason the Rubum people have their distinctivly bright hair colors is because they evolved to camouflage themselves against the veins of copper and rusted iron. This is, however, merely speculation.
In addition to these metals, gems such as aquamarine, peridot, and pyrite are plentiful, and there are rumors of plentiful electric metals somewhere in the mountains, but these rumors have not yet been confirmed.
