Southern Pass Collective
A union of the farmers, miners, and ranchers that make up the largely rural population of the Southern Pass. Nominally headed by Laurentin Ouvrard, he is more of a spokesperson among equals than a traditional Prince.
Much of the economy is based on rural products, including very fine horsebreeding, however the other major pillar is the tax on trade and travel that is levied. As the fastest and safest route cross continent, the collective garners significant income from this tax.
