Laurentin Ouvrard

(Halfling)- Prince of the South, province of Avin. A rough agricultural land and the wildness of The Chains, coupled with their subsistence and semi-nomadic pastoral population, prevent them from being a major power in the region. They do however breed fine horses, riding/war dogs, and produce much of the mineral and metal wealth of the principality. Unfortunately, they don't have the manpower to exploit this, often staying relatively neutral in politics due to their central position and reliance on others for large scale military protection.
