Forgys (Forge-iss)

Forgys believe the kilns were sent from the gods for humanity to allow them to transform the earth and seas through physical work. The metal is made to be a tool where the hand was weak. They are the faith of the farmer, the builder, the engineer, and the military.   Since the metal can pick up stone 5 times heavier than any man could, Forgys have contributed to major construction and terraforming efforts across the world. The forgys believe in humility, self-sufficiency, and trust in what the kilns bestowed upon them. Founded by Jaro the Hammer, the original Forgys grew in the Estorian City of Mesma. The main hall of Forgys that is located there is a true marvel of what Ferrus can do. Intricately designed and constructed, mostly from the plans of Jaro himself, the hall is used to praise the physical might of kilnmetal and to train and reflect on how the gifted can improve their fortitude for the common good.   The tenets of Forgys are Community, Dependency, Reliability, and Perserverance. The Forgys believe in rest and recuperation so that their followers do not suffer the fate of becoming kint as manual labour and physical exercise can require more concentration and ability than other usages. Depending on what region a Forgys follower comes from, they may excel in various fields. Forgys from Aguorn, for example, may use their abilities to help build ships for their towns and communities as they hail from a sea-faring region. Each year a common assembly happens in Mesma, used to share knowledge for the followers to learn from each other. Those who do not attend, will usually hear news from official documents and/or fellow Forgys.
