Master Kelton is the most skilled artificer in Lothdar.
He makes an effort to set his appearance apart from that of the other residents of the city. His beard has two stripes of white that are obviously artificial running downward from his chin. His brown hair is slicked back and he wears a great deal of gold jewelry.
