Monster's Friend

Tsi was the first slave to have one of their sculptures placed in the statue garden in Niuus. Aside from her, only two others have had the honor. Monster's Friend (Gaiwuvishei Tawaya) was one of her final pieces before her death and still stand in the garden.
The statue depicts the Dea Ulana Kisako atop the great scorpion, Soriin, in a scene from the Bolugama myth, Taming of Soriin.
Most statues in Eoion are fashioned from marble or other stone only. However, Tsi used her extensive knowledge of painting to add layers on top of the grey stone base. Through her work, she brought color and extremely detailed life into the statue, so much so that some who saw it said that it looked as though it would come to life and move as soon as they turned away.
After it was placed in the statue garden, Tsi returned every year to renew the paint and care for the statue. Upon her death, it was declared that no one else would paint the statue. Several centuries later, the paint has faded but not disappeared.
