Lira Shiroko
Great-great aunt and first cousin, twice removed to Taras Shiroko . She has been the ambassador of the Eoion Empire in the Yzel Kingdom since Olha’s reign, returning only a few times during Andriy’s. Her career as ambassador began when she was in her teens and accompanying the previous holder of the position back and forth during the late stages of the Fourth Great War and the Peace discussions. When Taras came to power, she came back and spent two months in the palace to help with the transition and give updates on what was going on in Yzel. However, she grew extremely fearful of the violence she witnessed daily and, for her own safety and that of her children, soon requested to return to her previous position. Taras grew angry and beat her for wanting to go, but allowed it. Her fear has clouded everything in her dealing with her great-grandnephew. However, she is an experienced ambassador and very good at diplomacy when not around him. She has taught her children to be afraid and subservient when around their cousin as well, just to keep them alive. She is also a Pyr-esh . To her, Erasure is an oddity and she has not spent much time around him.
