Session #5 Report

General Summary

After a long night within the depths of the Mines, our band of intrepid adventurers reached the surface of the prison fortress known as Silverhold. Exhausted and greeted by a new day’s sun in the sky, the party presses on to make their report to Warden Tadashi Seiji who invites them to join them for a much-welcomed meal as they discuss business.
The report is of significant stakes, as warned by their Silverguard companion, which the party is able to sway to their advantage-- keeping within the favor and employ of the Warden. Payment is distributed, and they get another assignment: As matters of Spiritual Energies and Elementals are beyond their expertise, they are to seek out and escort the local Guardian Priests so that they may lend their wisdom on the matter. But before that, the party is encouraged to rest and make what appropriate preparations they need before making their way back downriver.
After getting some rest within the barracks, the party made their way back home. An hour into their journey, the Hanzaki once more tried to make those on deck prey. Far more aggressive, the creature nearly devoured both DaiOno and Akinari before they were able to fend it off again before it fled into the river’s depths to hunt another day. It seems this beast will remain a nuisance until they can put it down once and for all. But for now… Silver Port Awaits, ready for our new adventurers to spend their newfound coin.
