Otto Vornhein
The last surviving scion of the Vorhein Rouge Trader dynasty, Otto has taken the reigns of the once prosperous trade empire. With the families contacts and routes all but consumed by the Great Rift he seeks to go spin ward to have a new start among the outer systems.

Personal history
Born as the youngest of five siblings, Otto had always lived in the shadow of his siblings. In his youth he always sought to prove himself in the eyes of his peers and his family and take ever increasing risks to do so. This ultimately would come to a head as his antics lead to the dissolution of an alliance between his house and the Xian Dynasty. Leaving his Patriarch no choice, he was given a single vessel, the Repugnant, and banished from the galactic core.
Otto would work slowly outward from the core over the decades. Whether by his own volition or external forces, he would move ever outward accumulating wealth and an ever increasingly eclectic crew to match his personality. T
