Aqa'pe
Aqa'pe is a small planet compared to the others in its system. A yellow star is surrounded by six planets; Aqa'pe is the third. Water covers 95% of the planet surface that is why the Pesci chose this planet as their home.
Geography
On the surface, there are a few volcanoes but the planet is mostly covered by water. The types of volcanoes vary from shield- to stratovolcanoes. Near extinct volcanoes, you can find beautiful and untouched coral reefs and other undiscovered beauty. The ship graveyards are an impressive sight to behold; uncountable shipwrecks are a home to all kinds of underwater plants and fish, like little underwater kingdoms detached from the rest of the world. Small underwater volcanoes frequently light up the dark and cold sea, whilst the creatures of the water quickly swim in all directions. The most breathtaking event is “the journey of the Flau’res”.
Fauna & Flora
There are some species of birds that live near non-active volcanoes and hunt fish near the surface with dive bomber like manoeuvres but most wildlife exists underwater. Most plants are hydrophytes and are able to live their whole life underwater. One of these plants is the Flau’re. Flau’res are plants that once a year set free a bunch of luminescent seeds, that glow in different shades of green and yellow, to find new places to take root on the sea floor. This is called “the journey of the Flau’res”. For the animalia part, there are the great whales, sharks, small fish, your average giant krakens. Every creature depending on how deep they live underwater developed the ability to glow. For most species there is a glowing deep sea variant and a non-glowing closer to the surface variant.
Natural Resources
Great resources of mineral oil are to be found on the bottom of the giant ocean.
