Silentir, The Winter Wolf
Through the coldest and darkest month of the year, a constellation stalks across the sky. Blizzards scour the land under its watch, the sun scarcely rises, and hungry predators hunt in the snow. The month is Amar Kaldaka, and the constellation of Silentir, the Winter Wolf bounds overhead.
Like the other twelve gods that form the Impilturian Zodiac, Silentir can manifest in certain ways in the World. When walking the mortal world, he takes the form of a colossal winter wolf standing at 25 feet at the shoulders, with fur of snow and a blizzard in his breath. Unlike normal winter wolves' pale blue eyes, Silentir's glimmer like the stars in his constellation, a pale white-yellow. No pack follows Silentir, a lone wolf stalking the frozen forests and plains in the dead of winter, presenting an ill omen to all who bear witness to him. Despite the evil connotations of a winter wolf, Silentir is not evil per se, acting as an unbiased animal.
