Ned Cedarbranch, Hobbit Rural Watchman

Ned is part of his home town's Rural Watch. Basically, he is a ranger; some fighting skills, some outdoor skills, and some spells from the Movement, Plant, and Protection/Warning colleges. As part of the Rural Watch, it is Ned's job to protect the farmers, shepherds, field hands, and teamsters that spend their days out beyond the city walls.
