Kerr Newcombe

Kerr is featured in the tale "The Story of Iceglint Broadwing."
Kerr grew up in the predominanty Goblin city of Tiitekki. Actually, he grew up just outside Tiitekki, as his family were farmers. He grew up around animals, and found that he had an affinity for them. But eventually, he grew restless, and joined the Imperial Army. He trained in Lakekeep, where his affinity for animals led him to be pretty good with logistical matters. Upon leaving basic training, he was assigned to the Coastwatch Base at Port Bormand. He finds fishing to be very meditative and relaxing. Since the Empire is at peace, he has never killed anyone, or been in any serious combat with sentients, so he is unaware of his Reluctant Killer and Post-Combat Shakes disadvantage.
