Harald Darkstone, Dwarven Enchanter
Harald Darkstone is one of the two enchanters in Port Karn. He, along with his assistants, work for the Port Karn Agricultural Council, a combination civil service and mage guild. He hails from Khadach Nor, a Dwarven undercity to the north, and has lived in Port Karn for the last two decades.
